Hello: my name is Johnnie L. Jackson.and i would like to introduce you! to Mind-er-cise.now you ask just what is Mind-er-cise? well Mind-er-cise is a program that intergrate's mental exercise's as well as artistic creativity.for maximum profability.all in an effort to help stamp-out-Alzshiemer's disease.amnesia.and just plain-ol-forgetfulness.please people listen-up.because here is where it all started for me.

Don't Lose Your Mind/Use Your Mind.Part 1.

Greeting's/Hello Everyone! first of all.let me introduce myself.my name is Johnnie L. Jackson.and i would like to ask you a Question? 1. Do you lose or misplace thing's? 2.Do you forget date's or event's.or even thing's someone just told you about. And last but not least.Do you fear the on-set of alzheimers disease? let's face it were not getting any younger.but together we can all fight alzheimers disease by useing our minds.after all (a mind is a terrible thing to waste.)that's why i created Mind-er-cise project's so people can exercise their minds.as well as their bodies.quite a few years ago.a lady friend of mine.told me that i had forgotten our date and that lately i had been forgetting a lot of things and hung up the phone.as the receiver went dead in my hand i realized she had been right.i certainly was in a forget-ful frame of mind.which startled and scared me at the same time.i started thinking about the people i knew from the the nurseing home where i worked at who sufferd from this dreaded alzheimers disease.and then i thought about myself.and wonderd to myself what if i? ended up like them.it scared the hell out of me to think that i could one day soon.lose my mind.when i regained my composure.i knew that i had to do something to try and help save my mind.i did not want to be mindless.suddenly it came to me.that i must-(in order to exercise my mind.then i must challange my mind.so i set out to make art objects with-out tools or plans.this way the finished product is always my own work-of-art.and i knew with-out tools or plans.that i would really have to use my mind.after i thought long and hard about what i could do to keep my mind active.i choose to create arts&crafts.some of my art projects have earned me $$$ money.
